New study shows dramatic improvement in engagement rates versus competition

In the company’s newest study, ChatterPlug’s client - a leading travel company - was able to achieve a participation rate of 28% through enterprise iPhone and Android applications. This is well above the industry average of less than the 1% seen in more traditional forms of customer feedback such as comment cards, email surveys and receipt surveys. Further, the client generated an engagement rate of 3.6 engagements per user of their application while recording an average satisfaction score of 4.75 out of 5
